Javarasi Payasam / Sabudana Kheer

Ingredients

  • Javarasi / Sabudana - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Water - 2 cup
  • Kalkand - 1/4 cup
  • Condensed milk - 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1 pinch

Directions

Soak javarasi in water for 15 minutes

Then add water and bring to boil

Now reduce flame and let it boil until javarasi cooks transparent

To this add kalkand

Then mix and condensed milk

Remove off flame and add milk

Lastly add cardamom powder

Serve for kids.
